Neuro20 Technologies Corp. – Return Policy
(For U.S. Government Purchases)

1. Purpose
This Return Policy establishes the terms under which Neuro20 Technologies Corp. (“Neuro20”) will accept the return of products purchased by the U.S. Government. This policy is designed to ensure compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (“FAR”), including FAR Part 46 – Quality Assurance, while protecting both parties’ interests in the handling of medical devices and associated accessories.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all Neuro20 medical devices, accessories, and consumable items supplied under U.S. Government purchase orders and contracts. It supplements, but does not replace, the mandatory inspection, acceptance, and warranty provisions incorporated into the governing contract under FAR Part 46.
3. Eligible Returns
Neuro20 will accept returns from the U.S. Government under the following conditions, consistent with applicable FAR clauses:
3.1 Nonconforming or Defective Products (FAR 52.246-2 / 52.212-4)
– Products that fail to meet contract specifications or are found defective within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery may be returned at Neuro20’s expense.
– Neuro20 will, at its discretion, provide a replacement, repair, or full refund, consistent with the inspection and acceptance rights of the Government under FAR 52.246-2 (Inspection of Supplies – Fixed Price) and FAR 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Products and Services).
3.2 Warranty Period Returns (FAR 52.246-17 through 52.246-21, as applicable)
– Products found defective during the applicable warranty period are returnable in accordance with the warranty terms and FAR warranty provisions.
– Neuro20 will provide repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to the U.S. Government, including shipping.
3.3 Consumable Items
– Consumable items such as Electrode Cream and the Neuro20 Smart Suit are non-returnable once opened or used, except when initial defects are documented upon receipt.
– Unused, unopened consumables may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery if defective or shipped in error.
4. Conditions of Return
– All returned products must reference the original U.S. Government purchase order or contract number.
– Products must include serial numbers and be traceable to their original shipment.
– Medical devices being returned must be cleaned, disinfected, and certified free of biological contamination prior to shipment. Neuro20 reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these health and safety requirements.
5. Shipping Responsibility
– Neuro20’s Responsibility: For returns due to nonconformance, defect, or warranty claims, Neuro20 will cover return shipping costs.
– U.S. Government’s Responsibility: For any other returns approved in writing by Neuro20 (outside of warranty or defect claims), the U.S. Government will cover return shipping costs.
6. Return Authorization
– All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Neuro20 Customer Service.
– Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
7. Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
– Returns requested for reasons of convenience or surplus inventory not attributable to Neuro20.
– Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.
– Software or digital services delivered electronically.
8. Governing Law and FAR Compliance
This Return Policy shall be administered consistent with FAR Part 46 – Quality Assurance, FAR 52.212-4 (for commercial products and services), FAR 52.246-2 (Inspection of Supplies – Fixed Price), and, where applicable, FAR 52.246-17 through 52.246-21 (Warranty clauses). In the event of any conflict between this Return Policy and mandatory FAR provisions incorporated into the governing U.S. Government contract, the FAR provisions shall control.
